Go through their bank accounts with a fine toothed comb. Watch them om CCTV everywhere they go. Track their online activity. Scan all their messages for sexual abuse material. Go through all their luggage at every checkpoint. Do a cavity search at every border. Take their temperature whenever they want to enter a crowded venue.
