Agreed. I was in the process of moving our small set of users to Google Apps Premier. The phone support and quick response time was crucial to convincing my boss to allocate the funds. I think such a change: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Google+Apps/thread?tid... is a dramatic change in the product. Hopefully they will give me a refund. |
