I think onboarding subscriptions could be a bit better. Reading bank statement CSVs (and yes, there will be some customers who won't do that and its fine AND you will have to be more security conscious about how that works, dont store it etc) is likely going to see more onboarding success. I really think the friction to solve here is onboarding, make that smooth and you will get better conversion. You could of course go down the path of direct bank connection via aggregators but i'd leave that until PMF is found. I do think this will be your main friction point. |
