As a dinosaur in this industry myself, it's a bizarre feeling when your skills suddenly becomes too much experience! It can be a positive though because you have the luxury of being selective with the skills you present and still be 100% truthful. I personally try to customize my resume for each job and leave out any parts that I don't think will be relevant for the interview. Good luck! |
