You know what? Granted. I found some GIFs of people scrolling content with Liquid Glass in front, and I agree, there is a more physical property there than the frost that came across to me at first glance.
This looks like a little bit more than a blur, there seem to be some refraction and some other optical-type effects. But realistically its just a blur with marketing.
