because when was the last time you remembered what you did the day before purely based on memory (or without being prompted) Is this an issue for most? Though if someone hears that and nods vigorously you know they're a target audience. For sure it applies to early onset memory-formation deficit. |

everything gets noted down or scheduled (which is a good thing especially if you're super super busy i guess but on the flipside- it encourages utilizing or relying on your memory less as there's no need to)
Which is why you also hear people say "oh it wasnt in my calendar so i didnt do it" "if i don't put it in my calendar I'll forget"
