Similar situation in Poland with appointments for specialists in at least 6 months and often much longer. German public health insurances are concerned right now about their unusually high deficits. Because many millions refugees are not working they only get paid a reduced amount towards the mandatory health insurance but have the same full service. Bringing the already substituted public health insurance into insubstantial deficits and now they are increasing the rates for the working class and probably they will need additional tax money too. |
