Think i had this before. had a lump on one eyelid.

Went to GP and asked him if was cancer.

He just recommended a clean warm wet cloth and prescribed me some peroxide eyedrops.

All seems to be working and it's going away.

I think it's worth mentioning that when it started i wasn't eating well and had lost weight due to stomach issues.
