Maybe I'm just extremely lucky with my coworkers, but I've been working for 25+ years, and it's never occurred to me to call a co-worker a dickhead. It really should not be that hard to keep it professional and avoid insulting people. "Not calling someone a dickhead" should not take constant cognitive load or feel like "playing minesweeper" all day. |
