I find trolling used as a "term of perspective" an extremely vague blanket accusation that hinders discussion.

If it's an obvious trolling, e.g something that can not be considered anything else than an attempt at troll, it's ok.

But characterizing anything else trolling is just an easy cop-out of the discussion.
