I know it is; doesn't mean it's legal. And until the Supreme Court rules on it, we just have to wait.

The Supreme Court who keeps voting 5-4 or 6-3 and affirming things patently wrong like "the President is immune"? Or who keeps issuing so many shadow docket rulings devoid of reasonings?
