Exactly what he said.
Older houses usually come with a HUGE backyard and in a very nice neighborhood. New houses are essentially stamps with tiny backyards. Yea it's nice to be in a new house but if it comes with 1+ hour commute and feels like you live in a chicken coop(maybe even a HUGE chicken coop) it's not really that great. |
