I recently installed Claude Code and found that the VSCode terminal was giving me errors on every start.

I quickly found a GitHub issue #4751 (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/4751) opened a month ago, addressing the issue.

A Claude Code actions bot quickly closed this, saying it was a duplicate of #5086 (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/5086).

Meanwhile in #5086, a Claude Code actions bot closes the issue, saying it is a duplicate of previously mentioned #4751.

Both issues remain closed and unaddressed. My terminal continues giving me errors on every start.
