No, the Instagram account was completely unrelated to my FB account (different email, different browser). Every other tool I have ever used over the last decade showed my IP location correctly, so I don't think there are any mistakes in my ISP's WHOIS. As a bonus, Facebook Business Manager sometimes shows me messages in Russian. |
