My cousin worked in a toxicology lab in a hospital. Way back in the 80s he was commenting on how understudied and under published Acetaminophen toxicity was. In particular, taking Tylenol for hangovers was (and still is) a common but very dangerous practice. As others have said, it is crazy easy to overdose on the stuff and suffer liver damage. |
