Only defeated entity here is US arms industry. Ukrainians are having their own long range weapons FP-1 to FP-5 (Flamingo). This stupid behavior is sending signal to everyone else that US industry is unreliable and should be absolutely avoided.

USA is doing exactly same mistake as Swiss did at the beginning of the war when they refused to allow use of Gepard ammunition in Ukraine.
