The point of HRV is to provide fresh air, not cooling. An air conditioner provides 0 m3/h of fresh air, so 350 m3/h is a substantial upgrade.

This, albeit HRV can sometimes have bypass mode that doesn’t harvest the exhaust heat. That said you need much larger vents for heating/cooling than ventilation.
