>Why is Twitter(X) so toxic while HackerNews is not? X is what you make it. all content types are there. If you are looking at viral content, it's going to follow human nature and likely be toxic. HN is just as toxic; but it attempts to not have that same algo toxic hiding /active and such. It lets your focus go in different directions; hopefully away from the toxicity. |
