Ask HN: Do you need to promote a job board?
3 points by rrmdp 298 days ago
I built JobBoardSearch.com (a meta directory of job boards)

to help job board owners to get exposure, traffic and make money

with 50K+ p/v in the last 30 days and a huge audience on Reddit with 19K memebers or the newsletter with 15K subs.

A 37 DR domain to give you a juicy targeted do-follow backlink.

If you run a job site don't miss it!

Links don't work when you submit them in the text.
Thanks, I'm fine with that, not looking for a backlink :)
Yeah, but you do want people to click on it.

Submitting links like this is a way to show you're an outsider to the community. If your landing page doesn't explain itself without some commentary, you need a new landing page.

Thanks for letting me know :)
