Are you asking for how to get things shipped to you from places that don't ship internationally/to you?

One service I've heard of and seen recommended here and there is Aramex Global Shopper. Basically you ship things to them and they forward it to you.

Otherwise, if it's "international shipping" but they're just using essentially global mail, I avoid it if possible - South African mail services are spotty at best. I was very pleasantly surprised my risk on an ebay nostalgia purchase shipped from Hawaii arrived at all.
