Ask HN: Why my post under "show HN" may not be public available?

Hi! I've made a post under "show HN" but it seem not to be public available. Tho I've created my account recently, is there any restrictions for newly created accounts?

'Show HN' from new accounts need an existing user to 'vouch' (there's a button/link for those users). I vouched now.
