Yes, that is correct. The idea is just to help the company grow as much as possible, continuing to hire and pay others first. I guess I've been acting as a partner in the company for a while now but not been an official equity partner on paper. Yes 7.5% is more than nothing. I'm trying to figure though if that number is low or high. What do you think based on this information? What does your gut say? |
