The examples given are easily explainable but I won’t bother. You’ve seen no evidence but you’ve heard a lot of anecdotes is unfortunately the normal case for the mainstream population.
You can actually figure the explanations out yourself. Hint 1: employees misbehave. Hint 2: accidents get green lighted for special investigative access.
Employees misbehaving or corporate sabotage as you seem to be implying doesn't make it not a Tesla issue. Employees at Tesla misbehaving means that Tesla isn't at fault for any of the issues listed is a ridiculous statement.
