I think most people assume the individual satellites aren't synchronized well enough to produce a mutually coherent signal so the power from each of them will just be normally superimposed. IE they're thinking of the individual phased arrays as just highly directional antennas for the satellites. The idea that they could be coherent actually means there could be more power than we might expect. |

Even so, my guess is you aren't going to be frying an egg 500 km away even with the whole starlink constellation at full power!
