When I was younger I failed upwards in a bank when I was "trained" in mortgage settlement incorrectly and I didn't care to learn properly. Nobody wanted to admit they made a bad hire so I was promoted upwards and sideways to get out of peoples hair and become someone elses problem. You might be surrounded by people like that, or you might be surrounded by people that have realised that hard work is punished with more hard work. |
