Comments disabled. 2.7 rating on Glassdoor for work/life balance at Scale. I’m sure it’s nothing. As to the substance of the article, I agree with the title, but the line of interview questions used is trying to answer “how many hours can we squeeze out of you?”. Being concerned your company will become a credential rather than a cult? I’m not here to drink the Kool-Aid, I’m here to do the work and then do the other things I care about outside of work. |
