Zone zero is nice and has its place. But there’s no way around the fact that getting sweaty once in a while is a must to maintain healthy state of the body. And in various ways. Some cardio at z2-3 is a must. Some weightlifting is a must if you want to have a better chance of being on your own at old age. Some intervals once in a while is a very nice cherry on top. Of course some zero is better than zero exercise… |
