It is critical for those who choose to use it. If you deliberately decide to use a system that introduces a single point of failure into a decentralised system, you have to live with the consequences. From their point of view, unless they start losing paying users over this, they have no incentive to improve. I assume customers are happy with the SLA, otherwise why use Github? |
