I only know that my time tracker says that now I spend 9 times longer reviewing MRs from some of my senior colleagues than what I did before. I'm not sure the company is realising that the tens of thousands of dollars it's spending on Claude and Gemini are making some of their 6-figure (in Europe) senior developers produce code that's worse than the one most of the juniors produce. |
