If your entire network is not made up of hardware that has "good/stable" openWRT support then you're going to have a bad time. I don't think there are any 10g switches that run openWRT well yet, for example. [0] [0]: Yes, I know openWRT runs on amd/intel but those devices have a few NICs at most. There are no 48 port 1/10gig switches that run openWRT as far as I know... |
