Do pedestrians need automatic detection? Not necessarily, although a beg button adds unnecessary friction. Do cyclists need automatic detection? Yes, absolutely. If you think otherwise, would you want to park and exit your car every time you want to cross an intersection? It's no different for a cyclist. |
