I’m not working in tech but I am an electrical project manager with zero field experience and zero trade school.

It was a bit difficult to learn what I needed to learn as very few people estimate or run electrical work as a hobby, unlike programming.

I had some training from my employer but mostly I just asked thousands of questions and eventually figured it out.
