Worth noting is that in the United States, we passed laws to make it difficult to do multi-union collective action. Secondary strikes are generally illegal (workers of company B can't strike because A's employees are striking A to try and induce A to come to the negotiating table). I'm sure the folks with legal power would try to use that law to tamp down on any full-on nationwide action. |
