right people mostly, I partnered with someone different for the 3rd startup; from my experience with the first 2 i realized the sort of person I needed as a co-founder. Someone to compliment my deficiencies, domain expertise and with the same focus and mindset to succeed -- most startups fail because of founder issues. |
