The issue is that they're often purely political in a way that doesn't relate to what some of us that use HN believe political posts should be. I.e., Trump & deportations. Very political and would flag immediately. Trump & NASA, perhaps not flagged at all. Trump and his cankles? Flagged immediately. Trump & science grants? Perhaps not flagged at all. This isn't reddit. Or at least, I'd hope it shouldn't be. |
