LOL. It's easy to recommend, or even prescribe, exercise, eating more fruits and vegetables, and smoking cessation. It is much harder to get people to change their habits and lifestyles.
The kind of good news is that it looks like that eating a lot of fat is not an issue per-se if you manage to reduce your level of imidazole propionate!
