When taking "a lot" of Vitamin D, one should also take an adequate amount of Vitamin K2 and Magnesium. They work synergistically and will prevent leaching of calcium into the bloodstream.

Done that. I got my vitamin cocktail recipe from youtube-doctor Joe Rogan.

Restored only magnesium part because it really seems to make sleeping better. Other shit comes from food from now on.
