Please make text-to-speech work exactly like a music player. No reader app has accomplished this. With a media player:

* You have a play button to begin listening, you don't need to create a playlist.

* You go to the next item in the queue with forward/next (not 30 seconds ahead).

* You listen with the screen off.

Extra points if you can add quality of life improvements like "archive-after-play" and make text to speech available for all articles rather than just some of them. Pocket was unstable and would crash or refuse to play. Instapaper has a confusing "playlist" UI. Omnivore was overly focused on long form content (I don't want to stop my run or use my phone while driving so that I can open my phone to skip to the next 3 minute blog article in the queue).
