A wise legalization might help with access & harm-reduction... but legalizations are sometimes bungled. In the SF bay area – & plenty of other regions around the world – the criminal enforcement against hallucinogens is, de facto, a very low priority as long as you're not flagrantly endangering or inconveniencing others. |
