Serious answer: no. I remember having chip heat issues in the summer 20 years ago. It's much better now days. Modern chips have much better throttling, and there are very good water cooling systems you can just buy, back then you had to custom assemble them. |

Throttling and tech is better, but, heck, average temperatures are breaking all records. At some point, we are going to hit a wall ...
