I practice meditation every night.
One thing my meditation teacher often reminds me is: “You are not your thoughts or your emotions.”
Just like I wouldn’t say I am my hand — my thoughts and feelings may belong to me, but they are not me. Realizing that can really help ease suffering.
Taking a step back and observing the emotions triggered by our own actions can create just enough space for clarity. I think your app supports that process beautifully. |
