If your company is big enough to have a dedicated k8s team, chances are deleting an entire team won't directly boost your comp.
Better to sell the entire endeavor as change of responsibilities - from a team that manages k8s to one that's responsible for uptime. Set constraints and let the team find the best tool for the job. |
