You should absolutely get a trainer, ideally one who has education in physiotherapy. I got muscle problems from _not_ doing resistance training, my bad posture caught up with me finally. And I was doing quite a bit of cardio (treadmill walking), so my general health was OK. It took months to build up muscles enough to avoid stressing the same overworked muscles, but eventually I had no pain whatsoever. |
