I assume moving Stripe accounts is extremely business critical, and people will want to speak, understand and be hand-held by experienced professionals during this time. Anyone who would consider paying $299 but not $1,500 to move their Stripe accounts is not the customer you want to deal with. I was you until one of our customers asked to increase their invoice from $3k to $4k, saying “You've been instrumental to my sleep this week”. (this was data migration between two finance systems) I think you’re hugely underestimating the value you offer. |
