Interesting. Sort of like HireVue? [1] We use it at my company. Problem is that even when hiring managers get a bunch of video interviews but they would be too busy or too apathetic to even look at them. I am convinced that the real problem in recruiting is lazy HMs. Which also explains why referrals are so effective - HMs don't need to think hard. [1] https://www.hirevue.com/ |
