I don't see how it's reasonable to teach a subject with access to such a powerful tool and then to remove that tool to assess what the student has learned Isn’t this basically the paradigm of a closed-book exam? I personally use LLM’s for learning by treating them like a textbook or Wikipedia article I can ask follow-up questions to. Though to be clear, I am disappointed with the experience about 50% of the time. |
