What if the other party fails to uphold their side of the contract, rendering it invalid? You are suggesting that the cardholder must pay regardless of the contract terms. In reality, either party may violate the terms of their contract in incalculable ways. Singling out consumer payments is extremely myopic. I understand you're playing devil's advocate here, but this position is extremely flawed. |
