Lol similar situation for me. Took a hike actually. Puked on the beach. Got some seawater and washed the puke away / buried it in the sand. Rough time.
Always take dramamine or ginger with you if taking HBWR. There are ways you can extract the LSA without the compounds that give you nausea but it's a pretty involved process
