Sri Lanka, not Ceylon,
Burkina Faso, not the Republic of Upper Volta,
Botswana, not the Bechuanaland Protectorate,
Bangladesh, not East Pakistan,
The Netherlands, not Holland,
Thailamd, not Siam,
