Then SAP, SUSE, odoo, Canonical, Elastic, Jetbrains appear in the next 10. Europe is not in a strong position in hardware (NVIDIA, AMD, Intel) and that would take a long time to get closer. But it’s fundamentally because the EU has until recently had a very cooperative relationship with the US. |
